Frida Kahlo on Tuesday & A Bit More

Passion is the bridge that takes you from pain to change
* Frida Kahlo
I started out with a cut out from a portrait I painted a few days ago and was unhappy with.
started out original with a sketch that was much better than the painting afterwords.
That's fate - but  doesn't worry me further.

Here you can take a view of all the entries the artists came yet up with  this month:

And now I have two images for two nice challenges out there:
click " WEITERE INFORMATIONEN" to see them.

Hello to Elizabeth and all the other fab T-Stands- For- Tuesday bloggers.
I want to show you my new favourite  after dinner drink.

Limoncello is an Italian lemon liquer mainly produced in Sothern Italy
Limoncello is the second most popular liqueur in Italy and it has recently become popular in other parts of the world.(including  my region -lol). Restaurants all over the world  are now increasingly offering limoncello on their beverage and dessert menus. Limoncello imparts a strong lemon flavor without the sourness or bitterness of pure lemon juice. I love it!

And also a "Hello" to Manu and all the participiants of
for which I took a photo from my husband's current work boots European size 46 what means
US size 12 and UK size 11

Hier zeige ich eine neue Frida Kahlo Seite und 2 Fotos für verschiedene im Text angegebene Challenges.

Your husband's work shoes look like they have lots of work in them and they have many stories they could tell!

What a nice thing to learn for T this week. I had no idea what Limoncello was and was intrigued to read about it. It sounds lovely from the way you describe it.

  10. I have to ask you if the Lemoncello is served cold or room temp? My neighbor got a bottle as a gift. She chilled it and we sampled. It wasn't all that good. I suggested that room temp might be better.
Now you have me wanting my hubby to bring home his work boots to photograph!!

  11. Der Passion-Blick deiner Frida ist großartig!
... und Frida in a row total super. Ja, diesen Stempel habe ich auch und liebe ihn.

Wie schaffst du es nur, immer so viel zu Schaffen? Ich staune!

  28. Mmmmn. I have been meaning to try Limenchelo for a while since I saw a cookery program talking about it.
I squealed when I saw your comment yesterday...Austria. Somewhere I have had on my bucket list for far too long, every since my Grandad visited there and used to tell me lovely stories of the views and people. He would have liked Fritz.
Sorry I am late but internet is flaky right now. Grrr!

  29. The sketch is really wonderful - but I'm also glad that the painted face found a new setting - it's really strong. More great words from Frida too...
    Alison xx

  30. Hi :-D Limoncello looks and sounds very nice, I think I may have to try it, but I can be sure it wouldn't bes served in the bus cafe we went to, lol. Many thanks for your visit and kind words on my blog :o)
