und was soll ich dir sagen,heute früh habe ich meine Periode bekommen,wenn jetzt die Rückenschmerzen damit zu tuen haben,dann haben wir ja dasselbe leid,hätte nie gedacht das das so weh tuen kann,puuh,hatte auch so grummeln im Bauch und hitzewallungen,man oh man,da machst was mit,gell??
mach mir erst mal einen Milchcafe.den darf ich auch blos nicht so stasrk trinken,bekomme gleich herzrasen.
danke dir,liebe susi fürs knuddeln,das tut immer sooo gut.
wünsch dir einen schönen tag,bei mir gibt es heute Mittag überbackenden milchreis mit Äpfeln und Zartbitterschoki drauf,yummy,hab ein tolles Rezept gefunden dazu,Männe freut sich schon drauf,hihi.
