Playing digital and more

Maybe I will practice  portraits of men this month - who knows what the muse will bring?!
Since we have the Masculine / Feminine theme over at ART JOURNAL JOURNEY in June it would be good. Here I had the idea to make a very  loose watercolor sketch on paper, make a photo of it and put a digital image on it .
I started out with this raw watercolor sketch

add this digital mask that I made from a photo of my hubby

and ended up with this at the end.

so funny to do it!
I will also link it to Kim Dellow's
Art it Friday - Show your face

Happy T-Day to my friends over at TSFT
I hope you are all well- my weight loss trip is still active-
but  runs not so well as I wish.

I drink a lot of fruit tea each day and that helps a bit !
Two big cans of tea each day!
I mix up all the fruit teas I find

my clip to hold the teabags together comes handy when I remove the teabags afterwards.

so far - so good

For  "Share your second look on the second" I want to show you
my father-day's-cerealbox-canvas that I made last year

  2. What a clever way to catch all those tea bags. I've never seen anything like it before. Your digital mask is amazing. I don't do digital, so I'm always impressed with it.

I have to admit, that cereal box was a fabulous way to recycle a gift for Father's Day. I enjoyed the post, especially since you were a guest designer.

Thanks for sharing your art, your Second on the 2nd, and your various teas with us for T this Tuesday. I really LIKE that clip thingy. Not sure where you got it, but I think it would come in handy.

  14. Lovely seeing your Father's Day canvas (extra magic that it started as a cereal box too!).
And your latest artwork is really fun for AJJ's new and exciting challenge.
Great combination of your talents and cool having your dear husband in your art too.
Wishing you a Happy T Day and Happy June liebe Susi

p.s. Have you tried drinking a big glass of water about a half hour before your meals? It gives you a full feeling and it is easier to eat a little less. Keep up the good work.

  21. That digital photo superimposed on the watercolor one is so cool! Both pictures gain immensely and it is hard to fathom how two such different faces will give you one coherent one! Excellent!
