  6. I know what you mean by avocados. They don't taste like anything, but when made into guacamole with spices and salt, it comes to life! Your journal page is beautiful!

  9. Another fantastic piece in your round journal Susi.
We often have half an avocado with prawns with oyster sauce, or sometimes mash one up with a little lemon juice and have it as a spread on toast. ( of course my chef 'Dave' ha ha , who does all of the cooking knew the alternative name - alligator I guess because of the skin texture).
Your Schmarrn looks very interesting and tasty :)
Enjoy your 'T Day' and have a great day..

  10. Love avocados Susi - they are freely available here (NZ) as they are grown as a commercial crop and in backyard orchards. I love it with pepper and salt 'smooshed' onto bread or toast. Your painting is fun - you are really making the most of this circular book.
    Blessings

  21. I am a big fan of guacamole, so avocados are part of my shopping list. I am super impressed with yours. It looks beautiful in the round, too.

I've never heard of your Schmarrn before, but it sounds good. And you can't beat water for your drink, either. Thanks so much for sharing this gorgeous avocado, Schmarrn, and water with us for T this Tuesday.

  22. I'd never had avocado until I heard how good they are for you, and now I'm learning to like them. They get brown, though, as I only eat a
1/4 of one a day. I need to find a way to keep them from getting brown.

    Happy T Tuesday!

  23. Your avocado painting is so fabulous, it looks good enough to eat and the central seed has a beautiful 3D quality to it! I do like avocados and we tend to have them once a week with something like Quesadillas, Crispy Chicken or Salmon. I like the look of the Schmarrn and your serving plate is very pretty too! Happy T day! J :-)
