2296 - Leisure, there's luck in doing nothing

An abstract flower spread in one of my journals for
ART JOURNAL JOURNEY where the lovely and so talented
rocks this May with her fantastic topic of FLORA & FAUNA!
I want to say thank you to all the participants and to Jo, who inspires us in such an amazing way this month . She visits everybody and comments all entries. There are so many amazing pages linked already! You all are incredible!
 Thank you so much!

Leisure   ---  about the luck of doing nothing
the title of a magazine article  I read recently.
I will also link to our popular "EVEN MORE FLOWERS" theme over at MOO MANIA & MORE.
Green Jasmine Tea for the lovely TSFT Gals this week!

Much LOVE from

  2. This is an impressive two page spread, Susi. The abstract flowers are beautiful and I really like the drips you created. I need some leisure time. Yours certainly was spent wisely and beautifully with these flowers. I think I liked the idea of leisure as much as I enjoyed the lovely painted flowers. They are a welcome addition to Art Journal Journey.

Of all the light teas, I enjoy the taste of jasmine flower the best. It has such a unique and enjoyable taste. I would gladly join you in a cup. I certainly LOVE the teapot and cup and saucer you served the tea in today. Thanks for sharing your beautiful pages in your altered book and your jasmine tea with us for T this Tuesday, dear friend and fellow co-admin.

  7. Such beautiful pages! Your abstract flowers look stunning against the monotone background and the texture and delicacy of the petals is amazing 😁. 14. Eine wunderschöne Seite ist das geworden, liebe Susi! Abstrakt sehen diese Blumen -für mich - allerdings nicht aus,
sondern nach wunderbaren Hortensien. Alles passt hier perfekt zusammen. Und ja, das Glück des Nichtstuns -
    einfach wunderbar :)

  16. Beautiful abstract flowers. And I have the same little teacup. I use it to make shell gold as I like a big gulp of tea. I don't have the adorable tea pot. Happy T Day

  19. A gorgeous spread in your journal Susi, I love the pink shades of those beautiful flowers against the inky background at the bottom of your pages.
Your teapot and china look lovely, taking time to read a magazine and drink a cuppa sounds a perfect way to spend some free time.
    Happy T day wishes Susi.

  21. More cool flowers today Susi. I love these too. I think abstract flowers are quite beautiful. ANd that quote is good. I could use some leisure time and have some luck of doing nothing. :) Ha-ha, but I am not good at sitting and doing nothing so it would probably be a better idea than reality. :) Hope you are having a fabulous week so far.Hugs-Erika

  27. Liebe Susi,

    Wolfgang

  32. Lovely spread, Susi. "Leisure - the luck of doing nothing" made me think. I decided I'm just not a leisure loving person. I can't sit still for long. I actually enjoy keeping busy. Btu I still love the pretty page ;-)
