2348 ..... A six pack never goes out of style

Erika has chosen a super theme for us over at
- she is our November hostess and I am sure you will have fun again  participating in our challenge!

VINTAGE or MODERN is Erika's topic this month!

All started off with an underpants package and a cut out of Michelangelo's David.

And an hour later the spread was completed and I can tell you it was such fun and I had so many thoughts in my head about six packs , men and other fun things.....

I need no alcohol to get pretty jolly, just some scraps and
glue ( no I don't sniff it) and

                                               just water.

Happy T-Day Ladies at TSFT!

... what about a nice lunch with me:
Cabbage strudel with herb sauce and roasted shallots and carrots.

I love the crispy crust of the strudel made in the airfryer.
 Just so yummie!
And now without getting off even more - I want to share
my spread for Art Journal Journey.

  Thank you for visiting!

  1. Oh Susi, this spread made me laugh out loud!!! Pure genius and perfect for the theme! Maybe I should not think too much about what your thoughts were while making this lol...

Your lunch looks absolutely delicious, like you I love healthy food and I don't drink, my one "sin" is a nice cup of organic coffee in the morning though... Happy new week!

  2. Susi this is a fun page! You are right about six packs always being in style. It made me think of an intern I had a few years back who had been a Calvin Klein underwear model. Maybe he is the guy with the six pack. Hee-hee. And your lunch looks quite yummy to me. I've been watching what I eat lately trying to lose a few pounds and that looks yummy and healthy to me. Hope all is well. Here it has been dark and wet too many days lately. Ugh. I need a little sunshine but they say tomorrow. Hope its a good T day. Hugs-Erika

  3. Wow, Wine ganz andere Seite deiner Kunst. Supertoll.
Und dein Strudel sieht auch sehr gut aus.
    Liebe Grüße

  4. Hi Susi, you've had lots of fun with this journal!
Love the look of the strudel and the herb sauce, those roasted shallots would be sweet to taste. Cheers, Sue :D)

  5. Oh Susi I could be all of a flutter at the thoughts that shot through my head when I saw your fantastic page today. It is a really fun arty page.
Your strudel looks delicious, was the sauce made with yogurt and a mixture of herbs?
Thank you for linking my posts to AJJ, I really appreciate it and you know I love the AJJ themes. I got to thinking was it something I was missing out on doing. Fingers crossed that next month I will be able to link up.
Happy T day wishes Susi, have a great day.
    Yvonne xx

  6. Hallo liebe Susi,
ein tolles Thema und klasse umgesetzt
Mir gefällt es sehr!!! Das Essen sieht sehr gesund aus.
    Liebe Grüße

  7. what a fun theme and spread, your food looks so good too!

  8. I'm still laughing and have a few naughty thoughts, too. We may have both been on the same wavelength over that spread of David and the underpants. Those are DEFINITELY six-packs. I'm loving this spread, dear Co-admin. It's perfect for Erika's theme at Art Journal Journey.

You eat better than anyone I know. Your meals always look so well put together and visually attractive, too. That's one of the requirements I look for when judging a good plate of food. It's not just about the taste, but the visual aspect, too. I love it. Of course, water is what I drink with food, too, although I drink coffee most of the day and night. Thanks for sharing your lovely meal and water with us for T this Tuesday. BTW, I'm still laughing at those six-packs!

  9. A fun page Susi with great ideas

The strudel looks really delicious and i think it will be one to try this winter

    Have a great T Day

  11. oh what fun is this journal spread!! And I actually saw the statue of David when I was in Italy-incredibly beautiful. You did have me laughing about the fact that you didn't have alcohol nor sniff the glue;) And your meal looks SO good-especially the strudel. Too bad I can't find that here...
    happy T day!

  15. That was weird. I typed such a fun page and all of a sudden my comment was gone. Somehow, the cursor must have been on the Publish button when I went to enter. Before the computer became haunted and rudely interrupted me, I was going to say: So Michael pulled up his big boy panties and went to live his dream and made it happen. :-D Your lunch looks quite yummy too. Enjoy your T Day

  16. den strudel musst du leider alleine essen (kraut!), aber über die sixpacks können wir uns gemeinsam amüsieren *g*. hab eine schöne woche, susi ♥ lg, johanna
