Hello to my friends from TSFT.
I hope you are all well!
I am still on my weight loss trip and it is a hard thing but I am happy with
what I am allowed to eat ... more consciuos nutrition is good for my soul as well.

I made porcini risotto with peas recently - with my last package of frozen mushrooms from the last year. Red fruit tea to it. We have got lots of mushrooms here in our extensive forests.
In  summer 2013 hubby found the biggest specimens ever since we are living here.
 My daughter presented one of them proudly.

  6. I really enjoyed your risotto with peas and mushrooms, but the cake was the crowning glory!!

    I have never seen a mushroom that large, so I'm glad you shared it. Wow, indeed.

    Lucky you getting to hunt for mushrooms and pick your own...that risotti dish looks very tasty.
