2267 - March is here....

and with the start of March there is also the start of a new theme over at
This month the lovely Rosie from Rosie's Bastelwelt
is our host and she has chosen a very nice theme for this month.
○○○ S P R I N G ○○○

I have a spread in my Circle Junk Journal that I started as Rosie was hosting last year's June theme of Circles over at AJJ.

FRÜHLING means SPRING in German.
IN CONNECTION WITH YOU - is the meaning of  the words on the left side.

Just found text and images from flyers and
some old book pages in the background.
It happens to be "Spring" as well at
what a happy coincidence!
.........................................................

Tomorrow is  Elizabeth's
Second look on th 2nd
where we can share something from our blog
that we showed previously.

I have chosen a posting from
last year at the beginning of March, find the post
HERE
as I shared two of my "sewing-fun" pieces.

I hope to meet you at the challenge blogs!
Always a pleasure for me to see your art and
to visit your blogs!
A lovely start of March for all of you!
Thank you for visiting me!

  1. Your spring inspired art journal entry is beautiful. I adore the fact that you used magazine/flyer images and book pages. What a fabulous way to recycle and start this month at Art Journal Journey.

What a great job you did on that journal cover and tissue holder as your second look this month. I am always delighted and amazed when I read that I have inspired you, because you inspire me more than you will ever know. Thanks for sharing these two beauties with us as a second look on the 2nd, and of course, thanks for this first journal page in March at Art Journal Journey, dear co-administrator.

  15. Love the little seedling growing and the fern fiddleheads you used in your page today Susi. Fruhling is my new word for the day. :) I took a year of German in college but that was so long ago I don't remember much of it at all. But I did remember this word. And I do LOVE your sewing project. I remember it because the colors and flowers were so full of spring joy. I don't know about you but I always get more energized when spring and longer days come back. Happy March! Hugs-Erika

  26. Your sewing projects are beautiful! I love the colorful textures.
I love winter but this year I find myself wishing for Spring more than usual. This page is exactly while I wish for spring...plantings. I want to work in my garden and watch things grow. There is something so satisfying about nurturing a plant and then being able to pick its beautiful fruit.
    Enjoy your day,
    Kate

I love your sewing Project. I remember seeing the tissue holder last year, and I think it's great. Do you use it or have you given it as a present to someone?
    Have a fab weekend,
